Bookings came in by phone and went into a paper diary. Nobody could see availability in advance and double bookings were discovered on site.
We built the website and the booking system as one whole. The customer sees what is free, books a slot and gets a confirmation. The rental business has an overview of loans, returns and equipment condition.
The system is in its fifth year and grows with the season — items, categories and branches keep being added.
