Nine tools merged into a single agenda
Quotes, orders, scheduling calendar, invoicing, statistics and fleet records for a project-based company. Running on our infrastructure.
The company ran its jobs through spreadsheets, a shared drive and three separate tools that knew nothing about each other. Every number had to be retyped somewhere and the monthly close took several days.
We built one system over a single data model. A quote turns into an order, an order into a capacity plan, and that produces the basis for invoicing. Vehicle and equipment records hang off the same jobs.
We rolled it out in stages so the company got value long before the end of the project. The system is now in its sixth year on our infrastructure with 24/7 oversight.
